7-Day Return Policy
At ROPODE , customer satisfaction comes first.
We stand behind every product we sell and want you to purchase with confidence. If your ROPODE Product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
This allows you to test compatibility and ensure the product works as intended for your vehicle.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product may be installed and tested for compatibility.
- The item must not be physically damaged, modified, abused, or altered.
- All original packaging, accessories, and included components should be returned whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Free gifts and promotional items
- Products damaged through misuse, modification, or improper installation

Return Process
Step 1

- Reason for return
Step 2
Once approved, we will provide:
- Return authorization
- Return address
- Return instructions
Step 3
Ship the product back according to the provided instructions.
Step 4
After the return is received, our team will inspect and verify the product.
Returns are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Return Shipping
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
ROPODE will cover return shipping costs.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact our support team.
Compatibility Issues
If you believe the product is incompatible with your vehicle, please contact us before initiating a return.
Our support team will help verify compatibility and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure the best possible experience.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
